To reset the password for the administrator (11111) account at Xerox\Docucentre you need to first – access the service menu by the following instruction:
To access the service menu:
- Go to the front of your machine.
- Hold the “0” button for a 6 seconds
- Without realeasing the “0” button click on the “OK” button
- Input service password “6789”
Now you are in the service mode, be caution!
Navigate to security and find an account control panel, there you could find an interface to reset or change any ID’s password.
